Visiting Team Information

The Athletic Training staff would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the University of Central Missouri.  Our hope is that this page will make your trip easier, and answer any questions you may have before your arrival.
 
The UCM's athletic training staff will be available to assist you during your visit as best as we can.  Teams traveling with an athletic trainer are welcome to use our facilities.  If your team is traveling without an athletic trainer, please notify us in advance.  We will be happy to accommodate your needs if prior arrangements have been made (Please note: coaches may not authorize treatment for any athlete.  A note from the prescribing physician or athletic trainer must accompany any athlete requiring treatment).
 
University of Central Missouri Sports Medicine Services:
A staff or graduate assistant athletic trainer will be on site for every event. Our team physician will be either on site or on call.  Ambulance service will be present at all football games.
 
Facilities:
All facilities will be available at least 1-1/2 hours prior to an event.  If you need access to a facility prior to these times, please contact a member of the athletic training staff prior to your visit to make arrangements.
 
All visiting teams will be supplied with the following items:

Water

Ice and ice bags

Biohazard equipment

Emergency equipment (splints, crutches, backboard) - on sidelines

The following teams will be using the athletic training room located in the Multipurpose Building:

Women's Volleyball

Visiting team Football

Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country

Men's Wrestling

Men's and Women's Basketball

The following teams will be using the athletic training room located at the South Recreation Center:

Women's Softball

Women's Soccer

The following teams will be using the athletic training room located at Morrow Building:

Men's Wrestling

Baseball currently has no athletic training room at the facility.
