We all know that college can appear to be an expensive investment. Luckily, University Housing here at UCM provides a living environment that is very affordable and full of opportunities. From living in the residence halls to on-campus apartments, University Housing provides students a safe and reasonably priced means of living.
Costs do not include $100 deposit due at time of agreement. Room rates include Internet access (including wireless), laundry, and all utilities. The agreement is for a full academic year. Please see the agreement for further contractual information.
