Student Financial Services

The Office of Student Financial Services is a one-stop center for UCM student financial needs.  The office is located in the 1100 Ward Edwards Building, Room and is a combination of the former offices of Student Accounts and Student Financial Assistance.

The primary mission of the Office of Student Financial Services is to help students and their families identify appropriate financial solutions for their educational and living expenses. Toward this goal, the Student Financial Services staff members serve as advocates, advisors, problem-solvers and educators, acting at all times fairly, compassionately and with the highest standards of ethical behavior and fiscal accountability.

Please Note: The University reserves the right to send official communications to students by email with the full expectation that students will receive email and read these emails in a timely fashion. Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with university-related communications. Students must ensure that there is sufficient space in their accounts to allow for email to be delivered. In other words, students should not allow their accounts to become full since important messages then cannot be received, but rather will be returned to the sender. Students have the responsibility to recognize that certain communications may be time-critical.
