Selmo Park

Selmo Park

Built in 1866 as a private home, Selmo Park is the president’s residence and a hospitality center for the university. Named for “Old Selmo,” a trusted slave who helped to save the life of the original owner, Edmond A. Nickerson, the rambling 14-room house is a Missouri historic landmark.
