The University of Central Missouri CompTIA Network+ certificate program is designed for entry-level computer support professionals with a basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems. After successfully completing this valuable program, you will acquire the skills and knowledge needed to launch a career in network support or administration or to advance in your current job. Students are also prepared to take the CompTIA Network+ certificate (Exam N10-007). A typical student taking this recognized exam should have a minimum of nine months of professional computer support experience as a PC or help desk technician. Networking experience is also helpful but not mandatory.
