Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to earn the Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, Certified Medical Administration Assistant and Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist certifications. Through this program, students earn an industry-recognized certificate and continuing education units which may not be applied to a degree program and are not eligible for federal financial aid.

Through this flexible, online program, you will have one-on-one access to three instructor support teams - student support, technical support and graduate support. You will be prepared to successfully step into a medical office environment through our course. Students will learn how to manage the office including billing and collections, patient insurance, appointment scheduling, patient records and overseeing day-to-day operations.
