The University of Central Missouri Warehouse Jumpstart certificate program prepares students to work as safe entry-level stock movers and labors in the construction, warehouse, distribution and supply chain/logistics fields. Job demand in this region are growing rapidly, and these careers also have numerous opportunities for advancement. Through this program, students earn an industry-recognized certificate and continuing education units which may not be applied to a degree program and are not eligible for federal financial aid.

This course is designed to help participants be well-rounded and sought-after employees. You will learn everything from safety to forklift operation to communication to teamwork. Students successfully completing this course will receive an OSHA certificate and a Missouri Class 4-5 forklift certificate. In addition, you will learn the employability and soft skills needed to succeed in any work environment.
