Dr. Robert Fernquist

Professor, Sociology

Dr. Fernquist teaches sociology courses on a variety of topics, but the courses he most commonly teaches are Introductory Sociology and Introduction to Research Methods. He has published articles on a variety of topics, including suicide, adolescent drinking, social integration and studying the Hebrew Bible. Dr. Fernquist received his B.S. and M.S. in Sociology from Brigham Young University in 1989 and 1990, respectively. He received his Ph.D. in sociology from Indiana University in 1996.
