John Malta
Mr. Malta teaches illustration courses at all levels. He operates an illustration
studio that takes on a myriad of projects - most recently he Art Directed and Illustrated
a commercial for Honda, and has created work for Adult Swim, Pabst Blue Ribbon, The
New Yorker, The New York Times, WIRED, The Washington Post, MIT Technology Review,
and Hasbro. In addition to his client work he has self-published over 30 books, zines,
anthologies, and comics - exhibiting regularly at festivals and conventions internationally.
He has exhibited his paintings and installation work in New York City, Los Angeles,
Taiwan, Australia, Vancouver, San Francisco, Portland, and widely across the Midwest.
