Avery Deevers

Avery Deevers earned his BSE in Agriculture Education from UCM and his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. He served as an adjunct for UCM's CTE program before becoming full time in 2024. Before joining UCM's faculty, he was the Agriculture Education Instructor for the Johnson County R-7 School District as well as a Professional Development Specialist at the University of Missouri. He has also been a National Agriculture Teacher Ambassador for the National FFA Organization and is an active member of both the National Association of Agricultural Educators and the Missouri State Teachers Association (MSTA). When he's not in the classroom, Mr. Deevers enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
