A Missouri native, Dr. Ken Bias earned his BS in Physical Education and MS in Physical Education Pedagogy from UCM. He earned his MSE in Administration from William Woods University and his EdD in Teacher Leadership from Northcentral University. Before returned to UCM to teach, Dr. Bias taught for several years in the public school system. His research interests include pedagogy and adapted physical education and sport. In his spare time, he enjoys working with his three newfoundland dogs, Ronon, Declan, and Apollo. Dr. Bias and his highly trained dogs perform water rescue, draft work, therapy work, and conformation.
