Research Areas: Computer Science Education, Networking, and Cryptography

Dr. Horn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from the University of Central Missouri and Ph.D. from the Indiana State University. Her skills include ethical hacking, programming, computer networking, and cryptography.

Dr. Horn has five years of teaching experience. She believes in student-centered education and encourages student engagement. Her research interests include computer science education, networking, and cryptography.
