Dr. Ulmer provides a diverse background from 24 years working in industry within design engineering, production management, and quality management disciplines; and maintains certifications for ASEM Certified Professional in Engineering Management, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence, ATMAE's Certified Senior Technology Manager, and PMI's Project Management Professional certification. Dr. Ulmer has been at Central since 2005 and, therefore, can help you compose a program of study that will help you complete a degree in the shortest time possible.
