Mr. William Schwagerman

Career: I have spent my entire career (since 1978) in manufacturing and manufacturing processes are a passion of mine. I have held various roles including: Electronics Assembler, Machinist, CNC Programmer, Sales Application Specialist, Process Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, and Facilities Manager.

Education: I have an Associate in Science (Machine Tool Technology) from Longview Community College, Bachelor of Science (Industrial Technology) and Master of Science (Industrial Management) from the University of Central Missouri. I have been an adjunct professor at UCM since 2016. I also hold Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI and Lean Six Sigma Graduate Certificate from University of Central Missouri.

The combination of my experience and education has provided me with practical insight that I enjoy
sharing with School of Technology students.
