Students who are participating in OPT or the OPT STEM extension will receive an email
once their OPT is approved and the OPT start date arrives to set up an SEVP Portal
Account.

listed in SEVIS and you need to update your email. Please also submit this form if
you get locked out of your portal account, or if you did not receive the portal email
