Dr. Johnson, Assistant Professor of Economics, earned his Ph.D. from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Johnson teaches introductory microeconomics and macroeconomics, business statistics, and MBA economics. Dr. Johnson’s research interests include labor, behavioral, and experimental economics.

As a former division 1 wrestler, when possible, Dr. Johnson helps coach the University of Central Missouri’s wrestling team. Dr. Johnson is the proud father of twins and enjoys raising them with his wife.
