Dr. Houseworth is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Missouri.  His research interests include human resource management, training and development, quality systems, and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodology for process improvement in organizations. Dr. Houseworth also advises UCM's Collegiate DECA Chapter, which competes in numerous state and international competitions.
