Shannon Swift is an Assistant Instructor of Management and teaches Business Communication,
Human Resources Management, Leading & Guiding Change, Employment & Development and
Building Leadership Credibility. Shannon brings over 30 years of corporate work experience
designing and delivering employee learning programs, administering and interpreting
assessments for developing leaders, and coaching managers and executives. With more
than 10,000+ hours of in-person and virtual facilitation, Shannon has designed and
delivered front-line and high-potential leadership programs, communications and inter-personal
skills training, customer service training, and train-the-trainer facilitation. She
brings a humble spirit of collaboration and respect for her learners and clients that
support their learning and professional development. Shannon is constantly astounded
by the potential of UCM’s resilient and hard-working students and loves to support
their growth through experiential learning and feedback.
