Ray Luechtefeld

RAY LUECHTEFELD received his Ph.D. from Boston College in Organization Studies with a focus on organizational change and transformation.  He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a B.S.E.E. from the University of Missouri - Rolla.  His career includes nine years with IBM developing communications hardware.  Currently he is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Central Missouri. His research interests focus on approaches to increasing organizational learning and effectiveness, particularly in turbulent organizational environments.  Additional interests include simulations and games for learning and research, action research and Action Science, and facilitating group learning.  He has been granted several patents for his work, and received a National Science Foundation CAREER award for the development and evaluation of portable, computationally intelligent team training.
