Webb, who travels to the nation’s capital June 15-17 to participate in the program, is one of 36 individuals who are part of this a premier leadership development initiative established by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU).

Charissa Davis, assistant director of financial aid, was honored as the 2022 recipient of J.P. Mees Outstanding Professional Staff Award and Gwena Basinger, administrative assistant to the dean in the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies, was presented the Outstanding Staff Award.

UCM’s Theta Alpha Phi, National Theatre Honorary Fraternity hosted the banquet with nearly 90 faculty, students, and guests attending the event which took place for the first time since 2019, and featured the presentation of 46 scholarships worth $40,000 awarded.
