Swisher Skyhaven Airport. This decision will expand the project which previously had a projected $2.8 million budget to one that will cost approximately $5.1 million, and will enable the facility to better serve community and student aviation needs.

UCM is the only institution in Missouri to receive funds through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Susan Harwood Training Grant program. Prior to this new grant, Wu and his team successfully completed two other OSHA Susan Harwood grants between 2019 and 2021.
