WARRENSBURG, MO – The University of Central Missouri (UCM) has achieved notable recognition
in Fortune’s 2024 MBA rankings, with significant advancements in several categories, underscoring its commitment
to delivering both quality and affordability in business education.
UCM’s part-time MBA program ranks #49 nationwide, standing out as the only Missouri
public institution featured on the list.
Furthermore, UCM is recognized for having the 16th most affordable online MBA program
in the nation, reinforcing the university's commitment to delivering value and excellence
in education. UCM’s online MBA concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Marketing
have secured rankings of #7, #25, and #23 respectively, all leading among public universities
in Missouri for 2024.
The overall online MBA program impressively climbed from #35 in 2023 to #20 in 2024,
maintaining its leading position among public Missouri universities.
The accelerated online MBA program at UCM also stands out, ranked #16 nationally and
as the top public university program in Missouri. Additionally, UCM holds a formidable
#6 position for the best online MBA programs in the Midwest.
This year’s methodology for Fortune’s rankings was based on a combination of factors
including the alma maters of leaders from America’s 1,000 biggest companies, online
search volume and eight other university-provided data points. These criteria were
developed with input from expert panelists to ensure a comprehensive assessment of
programs, though they did not participate in the ranking or judgment of specific programs.
