Summit Technology Academy/Missouri Innovation Campus Program to Present Open House on Feb. 2 for Students, Families

Four UCM Students Awarded MLK Freedom Scholarships

A highlight to a program that included artistic expression in the form of dance, live drawing, music and a shared presentation of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s famous “I Have a Dream” speech, four University of Central Missouri students were honored with scholarships named for the famous civil rights leader and humanitarian. KMOS-TV Announces Feb. 6 Change to Daytime Schedule, Jan. 26 Preview of 'Work It Out Wombats!' Kids Program

On Monday, Feb. 6 KMOS-TV, the University of Central Missouri’s public television station, will move the beginning of its daytime ‘general audience’ programming from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This will allow PBS Kids programming to run concurrently from 5 a.m. through 1 p.m., creating a better viewing experience for young viewers. In addition, KMOS will premiere a new series for children ages 3-6 designed to introduce kids to thinking concepts meant to help in solving everyday problems, and to express themselves clearly. “Work It Out Wombats!” will air weekdays at 9:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 6.
