WARRENSBURG, MO – The University of Central Missouri (UCM) has teamed up with national
business-to-business (B2B) partnership experts to offer a Strategic Partner Leadership
Professional (SPLP) Certification program to business professionals.
UCM is offering this valuable certification program in five information-packed, one-day
courses. The courses are offered on a regular basis at The Missouri Innovation Campus
(MIC), located in Lee’s Summit, Mo. Participants will expand their knowledge in key
areas such as strategic partnership formation, strategic negotiating, and B2B partner
leadership. Participants can complete one or two foundational courses, or maximize
their potential by completing all five courses in the SPLP Certification program.
Subject matter experts Mark Brigman, Ph.D., founder of Fidelis One, and Mike Milich,
MBA, founder of SwiftNegotia, have collaborated with UCM to make this program possible.
The courses utilize a hands-on practical application methodology that includes “real-world”
business simulations, research-based industry best practices, and thought-provoking
discussions. Participants learn new tools, skills, and techniques that further equip
them to develop true competitive advantages from B2B partnerships.
The one-day SPLP workshops will take place in a state-of-the-art environment -- the
brand new 135,000-square-foot Missouri Innovation Campus building -- made possible
through a partnership between UCM and the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District. This new,
technologically enhanced facility serves as the new home for courses at UCM – Lee’s
Summit.
