The University of Central Missouri will co-host a 4DX Workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. July 31 at the Missouri Innovation Campus, UCM’s Lee’s Summit location. The event will be led by Chris McChesney, a Wall Street Journal No. 1 national best-selling author.

The workshop will focus on principles from McChesney’s book, “The Four Disciplines of Execution,” co-written with Sean Covey and Jim Huling. McChesney currently serves as global practice leader of execution at FranklinCovey, leading the design and development of these principles.

Sponsors for the one-day workshop are the University of Central Missouri, FranklinCovey and Fidelis One, a national consulting and training firm founded by UCM alum, Dr. Mark Brigman of Lee’s Summit. Brigman is the author of “PARTNERNOMICS: The Art, Science, and Processes of Developing Successful Strategic Partnerships.”

“In working with hundreds of companies across the US, I can attest the greatest challenge facing executives today is executing their growth strategy,” said Brigman. “The 4DX framework is a simple, yet incredibly powerful system that allows business leaders to see clear, actionable steps that will result in quantum leaps forward for their organization. I cannot say enough great things about McChesney’s program and his skills as an internationally known trainer.”

Cost for the workshop is $750 per seat. A reduced price of $500 per seat is available for tickets purchased before July 1 and for attendees with a discount through PARTNERNOMICS. More information and tickets are available on the PARTNERNOMICS website. Lunch and all materials are included in the ticket fee.

The workshop will include lessons learned through FranklinCovey’s work with more than 2,000 organizations that have successfully used the principles behind “The Four Disciplines of Execution.” The disciplines are:

  • Focus on the wildly important.
  • Act on the lead measures
  • Keep a compelling scoreboard
  • Create a cadence of accountability.
