University and local government representatives are invited to attend KC Digital Drive’s
Fall 2019 MetroLab Symposium, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Missouri Innovation Campus in Lee’s
Summit. The event is free, and registration is required.
The workshop is designed to create more deliberate opportunities for urban innovation
projects that connect local government and university partners in areas of common
need and interest. The event will include an opportunity for participants to share
their needs with leading university researchers who are seeking problems to solve
while engaging their students. In addition, the workshop features hands-on sessions
to encourage further discussion and development of ideas generated by the participants.
Information about new university resources available to local governments will also
be shared. To register for this free event, visit this website.
