The mission of the Center for Multiculturalism and Inclusivity (The Center) at the University of Central Missouri is to create a campus atmosphere where people of all backgrounds, identities and perspectives feel welcome, secure and included. We help connect underrepresented students to the resources, organizations and student support services they need to thrive as UCM students and as future professionals.
The Center was created through the requests and activism of UCM students, and opened in the fall of 2016. Located on the third floor of the Elliott Student Union, The Center provides space for individuals, student organizations, and campus-wide programs and events.
The Center focuses on services for Students of Color, LGBTQIA Students, First Generation Students, and Historically Underrepresented Minority Students.
Our staff and students are here for you! Need a tutor? Help with applying for scholarships? A place for your group to meet?
Call us at 660-543-8049 or 660-543-8066, or stop by the 3rd floor of the Union!
