Evaluation Schedule

Full Semester Courses (12+ weeks)

• Evaluations open for students 18 days before the course end date, the Monday two weeks before Finals Week. Students and instructors receive directions via email.
• Evaluations close for students 4 days before the course end date, the Monday of Finals Week.
• Evaluations are anonymized 1 day after the course end date, the Saturday after Finals Week.
• Instructors can view responses 6 days after the course end date. Instructors receive emails with directions and links.

Partial Semester Courses (<12 weeks)

• Evaluations open for students 11 days before the course end date, or the Monday one week before finals week. Students and instructors receive directions via email.
• Evaluations close for students 4 days before the course end date, the Monday of Finals Week.
