Enrolling in your courses is one of the most important things you will do each semester. Each undergraduate student is assigned a particular Enrollment Access Date (based on hours earned, not including hours in progress). Hours earned can be found in MyCentral on your unofficial transcript. Graduate students may enroll on the first day of the enrollment period. Students are strongly encouraged to complete their enrollment on this date. The system becomes active at 12:00 am (midnight). Each day approximately 800 students enroll – a few hours could make the difference in your schedule.
If you need academic advisement prior to enrolling in classes, plan to meet with your academic advisor a few weeks before your enrollment access date. Advisors often book up weeks in advance, so be sure to call for an appointment well in advance of your enrollment date. Your academic advisor can give you advice on what to enroll in for the next semester, but you will actually enroll in your classes using MyCentral.
