As the state of Missouri approaches a historic milestone, the University of Central Missouri, which has a played a significant role in helping to educate thousands of Missourians, will celebrate its rich heritage and future with its sesquicentennial celebration planned February through December 2021.

Goddard to Become UCM VP for Advancement, Executive Director of Foundation
Having a professional background that includes nearly 20 years of strategic higher education leadership experience, Courtney E. Goddard soon begins a new role at the University of Central Missouri. Effective March 1, she becomes Vice President for Advancement and External Engagement, Executive Director of the UCM Alumni Foundation.

MoExcels Proposal Includes Funding for UCM's Development of IT Training
Pending legislative approval, a $55.8 million funding request by the Missouri Coordinating Board of Higher Education (CBHE) will greatly aid the University of Central Missouri’s efforts to meet a statewide need for trained information technology workers.
