Student Permits

Permits for the academic year 2017/2018 may be purchased through Parking Services beginning June 1st.

For individuals who choose to purchase their permit by charging their Student Account or a credit card, we offer the option of purchasing online through MyCentral. Once in MyCentral, on the UCM Home tab there is a link on the left for 'Parking Services Main Menu'. Please read the information on this page and take our brief survey. You will need your current license plate number to complete the transaction.

If you receive a message saying, "Login Unsuccessful", please call our office at 660-543-4098 and we will assist you in the process of purchasing your permit.

All permits will be processed and available to be picked up in our office, upon your arrival to campus. To pick up your permit, you must provide a valid photo ID.

Military Tuition Package:

If you qualify for the Military Tuition Package, bill your permit to your student account. For questions about the Military Tuition Package, call Military and Veteran Services at 660-543-8776.

Visitor Permits

For the purchase of Visitor Parking Permits, please contact Parking Services at  660-543-4098 or stop by Public Safety located at 306 Broad Street.

Accessible Permits

Accessible parking permits may be purchased by individuals with existing physical or medical disabilities. Individuals requesting these permits are required to submit the corresponding permit application and a completed Certification of Medical Need for Parking form, which can be obtained by contacting Parking Services, the Office of Accessibilities located in Union 220, or by clicking the link below. The completed form, certified for individuals with permanent disabilities, will remain on file for a period of 4 years with Parking Services.

The fee for accessible parking is equivalent to the price of the corresponding Student or Faculty/Staff permit. Accessible parking spaces are restricted to authorized vehicles 24-hours/day unless otherwise directed by signs. If no designated accessible space is available, accessible permit holders may park in the first available non-reserved Student or Faculty/Staff space. Unauthorized vehicles parked in accessible aeas will be ticketed and/or towed. If you are purchasing a accessible permit and you currently have another type of permit, please bring that permit into the office with you to be exchanged.

If we already have your permanent paperwork on file, you should be able to purchase your accessible permit online. If you log in and you don't see a accessible permit option, call us at 660-543-4098 and we can change your settings so the option will appear.

Faculty/Staff Permits

For the purchase of a Faculty/Staff Parking Permit please stop by Parking Services at Public Safety or you can purchase them online.

Note: Graduate Assistants and Adjunct Professors purchasing a permit online will have the options to purchase a permit with credit card or to choose to have it billed to their University account.
