Nearly all of our faculty members have also won college and university awards in teaching, so you know they’ll bring cutting-edge ideas and concepts to the classroom. 
• Access exciting experiential learning opportunities: Apply what you learn in our state-of-the-art Civic Engagement Experiential Classroom, where UCM’s Mock Trial and Model United Nations teams hold practices. Find internships to earn real-world job experience, or you may even study abroad. You’ll find other opportunities to expand your knowledge and network with your classmates when you help organize events during Politics and Social Justice Week each spring.
• Receive personalized guidance when you need it: At UCM, you’ll have a variety of resources available to you on your path to graduation — and a successful career. Meet with one of your instructors, our Department Chair and Program Coordinator for Political Science, the International Studies Program Coordinator or our Career and Life Design Center for additional support.
