Finance Minor

Gain foundational knowledge about the three key areas of finance — corporate finance, financial institutions and investments — in the University of Central Missouri’s Finance minor program. If you’re pursuing an undergraduate major — such as Marketing, Aviation Management or Risk Management and Insurance — and would benefit from a deeper understanding of financial analysis, this minor is particularly relevant for you.

Experienced faculty mentors

UCM’s courses for the minor in Finance will be taught by faculty members who are as dedicated to your success outside the classroom as inside it. In addition to getting their focused attention on class assignments, they’ll be there to mentor you and guide your learning in experiential opportunities, such as the Student Managed Investment Fund and the Student Finance Association.
