What you will study
As a Management minor at the University of Central Missouri, you’ll take classes that
explore the fundamentals of effective management, collaboration and communication
and creative problem-solving.
Core courses explore topics in organizational management, experience-based organizational
behavior, business communication and human resource management.

Associate professor of management
Dr. Luechtefeld teaches highly experiential courses at UCM and can assist you with
developing and highlighting your quantitative research, analyses and problem-solving
skills. He can also help you evaluate potential employers and determine whether they
match your personality, character and working style.
