Please note that if you are on STEM OPT, you are transferring out, and...
- You have completed 24 months of employment: you must submit the 6 month reporting form and your final I-983 self evaluation to ISSS@ucmo.edu.
- You have completed less than 24 months of employment: you must submit your final I-983 to ISSS@ucmo.edu.
