Eligibility Criteria

Students who are eligible to live at The Crossing must meet ONE of the following criteria:

• Have completed at least 30 UCM-accepted credit hours.
• Be 21 years of age.

Apartment Features

• Furnished living and dining rooms including sofa, chair, barstool, and coffee table
• Furnished bedrooms including one full-XL size bed, dresser, desk and chair
• All utilities, plus internet paid (wifi and ethernet connection)
• Kitchens include stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal

2 Bedroom Apartment

Two bedroom diagram:  Two bedroom living rooms and kitchens come with 2-seat couch, chair, and coffee table.  Kitchens come with 2 barstools.  Bedrooms and bathroom area is located down the hallway from the kitchen area. 

4 Bedroom Apartment

Four Bedroom Diagram:  Standard four bedroom apartments come with 2-seat couch, two chairs, and cofee table.  Kitchens come with 2 barstools as well as additional table with seating for two.  Two bedrooms and bathroom (along with outside vanity) are located on each side of the kitchen/living room area.

4 Bedroom Two-Story Garden Apartment

Four Bedroom, two-story Diagram:  Standard four bedroom two-story bedroom apartments come with 2-seat couch, two chairs, and coffee table.  Kitchens come with 4 barstools.   3 Bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom and one bedroom is located downstairs with a bathroom.
