Homecoming Celebration Honors Six UCM Alumni Along with Traditional Parade, Football Game, Other Special Events
With the theme, “Peace, Love and Mules,” opportunities abound for University of Central Missouri students and alumni to get their groove on while showing their UCM spirit during the 2023 Homecoming celebration Friday and Saturday, Oct. 20-21. This busy weekend includes an awards dinner honoring six outstanding Distinguished Alumni, Party in the Park, the annual Homecoming parade and Mules football game.

Central Missouri Police Academy Cadets Aid in Fight Against Cancer
While cadets at the Central Missouri Police Academy prepare for future law enforcement careers, they are finding ways to give back to the community by fighting against a deadly disease. Members of the 166th CMPA class at the University of Central Missouri recently donated $1,300 they raised to help fight cancer.

Whiteman AFB-UCM Partnership Celebrated in Opening of Newly Redesigned Dining Center
A recent ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the renovation of The Ozark Dining Facility at Whiteman Air Force Base not only introduced base personnel and guests to updates on an important food service center, but recognized the partnership between University of Central Missouri students and faculty members who helped make the vision for this redesign project a reality.
