UCM CIS Students Place First in National Competition
Two University of Central Missouri students claimed first place in national competition at the 2016 Association of Information Technology Professionals National Collegiate Conference and Career Fair in Chicago.

Return With Purpose, a free workshop that will help military personnel and veterans identify barriers in order to make a smooth transition from active duty to civilian life and career planning, is offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at the University of Central Missouri. Registration is being accepted through July 25 for this one-day session, which takes place in Room 101 of the Elliott Student Union.

Missouri Sen. David Pearce has donated his official papers and memorabilia from his career in the Missouri Legislature to the University of Central Missouri’s Arthur F. McClure II Archives and University Museum.
