The University of Central Missouri is located in historic Warrensburg, about 60 miles east of Kansas City. Amtrak has a station in Warrensburg so you can board here and travel across the U.S. You can also take Amtrak’s Missouri River Runner, which travels twice daily between St. Louis and Kansas City with stops in between. You can also easily get to the Kansas City International Airport from Warrensburg.
