About Me: I am a staff member at UCM and have been here since 2016. I started my fitness journey over 20 years ago with Pilates and Spinning classes occasionally. When the pandemic hit, I began exercising daily with the help of the Peloton app, which encouraged me to get more involved with yoga. After 4 years of practicing I decided to share what I love about yoga to others. I am a certified hatha and vinyasa yoga instructor.
Class Goals: My purpose for teaching yoga is to provide relaxation as well as strengthening for students. My classes will include asanas for all levels, inclusive of beginners all the way to advanced yogi’s
